Blend dry → wet
In a blender combine skim milk, yogurt, cream, Brazza™, vanilla, and salt. Start motor; rain in whey isolate and milk powder until fully dissolved (≈30 s).

Let stand
Leave the mix covered at room temperature for 40 minutes. This allows the protein to hydrate fully and prevents chalkiness.

Freeze & serve
Pour into ice-cream maker; churn 15–20 min until it forms thick ribbons. Serve immediately.
Compressor ice-cream makers reach lower temperatures; we recommend adding 30 g / 1 oz. glycerin in the blender to maintain scoopability. Without it, sugar-free bases made with Brazzaâ„¢ tend to set rock-hard.
