Step-by-Step

 Gently melt dark chocolate + coconut oil over a bain-marie or 50 % microwave bursts. Cool to just-warm.

In a large bowl whisk eggs, egg whites, applesauce, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and 3 dropperfuls Brazza™ drops until smooth.

In a second bowl sift together whey isolate, almond flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt. Break up all protein clumps (critical for a silky crumb).
